Jim, It is Wednesday evening, Sept. 25, and the plaque we ordered arrived via UPS at around 5:30 pm. tonight.  I am thrilled.  I checked all the lettering and spelling and it is all correct and looks great.  Thank you so much for taking the time to work this out with me, and for following through and getting the plaque done on time, and delivered earlier than anticipated.  It looks beautiful.  I haven't totally unpacked it, but I was pleased with the bubble wrap and cardboard which secured it nicely so that it could not get damaged enroute.  If you ever need someone to write a recommendation to add to your collection, let me know.
